I'm a finance and accounting professional based in the UK who has passed all four USCPA exam sections, working with companies in the UK and Japan. My strongest areas are FP&A, management reporting and cross-border finance.
I've owned a ~£3.3M annual budget and built LTV/CAC and cash-flow models for a startup, performed financial due diligence on 15+ startups for a venture-debt fund, and built internal controls for IPO readiness as the sole finance lead at a venture-backed company. GBP figures are converted from JPY.
I improve finance processes with Excel (VBA), Python and n8n, and I'm at home in multi-entity, cross-border environments. I work in Japanese and English.

- FP&A and budgeting — Budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, KPI design, and cash-flow and LTV/CAC models.
- Month-end and year-end close — Monthly and annual close, statutory accounts, and the internal controls that keep them reliable.
- Cross-border VAT and statutory accounts — UK and EU VAT returns, Companies House filings, and Japanese corporate tax returns.
- Due diligence and transaction readiness — Financial due diligence, pre-transaction clean-up, and revenue recognition.
- Finance systems and automation — Excel (VBA), Google Sheets, Python and n8n, alongside NetSuite, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, AutoEntry, Yayoi, MoneyForward Cloud, freee and Jobcan, with Salesforce and HubSpot on the CRM side.
- Japanese–English finance support — Explaining finance to management, auditors and authorities in either language.
